1. Shipping Locations and Delivery Timeframes
· Domestic Shipments: Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
· Other regions: For shipments to U.S. territories, delivery times may be extended due to logistical factors. Specific timeframes will be provided at checkout.
Please note that business days refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days after the payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM (EST) or during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Shipping options and corresponding rates will be displayed at checkout. The selected shipping option will determine the speed of delivery.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be reflected at checkout based on the promotion’s terms and conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
6. Delivery Issues
In the event of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or carrier delays), we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Should your package be lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at service@airlakehome.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to rectify the situation.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on regional regulations. You will be notified at checkout if your selected items cannot be shipped to your location.
