Refund and Return Policy
At Airlake, we recognize that there may be occasions when a return is necessary, and we are pleased to facilitate this process in accordance with the conditions outlined below. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in instances where a shipping error has occurred on the part of our shipping partners or ourselves. This policy does not apply to sale items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@airlakehome.com. Kindly allow up to five (5) business days for the return to be processed. You will receive an official notification regarding the approval of your return request.
Items eligible for return must meet the following criteria:
· The item(s) must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition, and must include all original packaging materials.
· The item(s) must be returned within twenty (20) days of the original purchase date.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods, we will offer a full refund or exchange, provided the items adhere to the aforementioned conditions.
To ensure the efficient handling of your return, please ensure that the Order number is clearly written on the exterior of the package or included inside on a piece of paper.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of the returned item’s arrival at our warehouse. During peak holiday seasons or promotional periods, this processing time may be slightly extended. Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original form of payment.
Exclusions and Special Conditions
Please be advised that certain items are ineligible for returns or exchanges:
· Custom-made, made-to-order products such as Framed Prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
· EVA curtains are only eligible for exchange; refunds are not permitted for these items. Exchange orders will incur an additional shipping fee.
· If an exchange is required due to a product quality issue, the cost of shipping for the replacement item will be covered by Airlake.
Return Shipping and Liability
The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer. Airlake accepts returns for a refund on all unused merchandise that is in its original condition, provided that the customer contacts Airlake within twenty (20) days of the item’s delivery.
Airlake is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers are advised to take appropriate measures to ensure the safe return of their items by securing them in suitable packaging. Airlake cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during return shipping due to improper or insufficient packaging.
Special Circumstances
In cases where the situation does not align with the conditions outlined above, both parties are encouraged to engage in open communication and negotiation to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
